Our Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 shows an intense ruby color, with bright purple reflections. It offers a great variety of fruits on the nose: blueberries, raspberries, as well as black cherries and notes of cassis complemented with spices such as ginger, oak and toasted notes. Maturation in French oak barrels for 18 months gives a dry, medium-bodied wine with an elegant minerality. Its balanced acidity, supported by very soft tannins, gives a pleasant and complete sensation throughout the tasting; Good finish with light hints of spices and blackberry.
The ruby color of our Syrah 2015 immediately leads to a nose of red and black fruits: ripe cherry and blackberry predominate, while herbal notes of mint and spices such as black pepper are complemented in a second phase with an elegant touch of oak and balsamic notes. Maturation in French oak barrels for 18 months provides its dry character, balanced acidity and silky tannins, its true expression of red fruit; this is shown in a pleasing medium length ending.
Blend 2015 Harvested at the optimum point of maturation of its components together, our Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Syrah (70%) give us Don Vito: a great red wine with a dark and elegant ruby color. Matured in French oak barrels, for 18 months it has an aromatic complex: ripened fruits, nuts and notes of vanilla give way to round and long-lasting tannins. It is a wine of great balance, its elegance and complexity will increase with the years of aging after a moderate time in the bottle.
